Returns & Exchanges 
Only brand new, unwashed clothing with no stains, visible wear, odors, or animal hair, and with original tags can be returned within 7 days of delivered status for store credit ONLY. We DO NOT offer cash refunds, we only offer exchanges or Store Credit. 
All sale items are FINAL SALE. 
Due to hygiene reasons the following items are also FINAL SALE:

  • Jewelry
  • Hats & headbands
  • Kimonos
  • Bralettes & Bodysuits 
  • Personalized Items 
  • Beauty items

Preparing your return

Neatly package and return item(s) to us within 7 days of delivered status to the following Address: 
Emma May's Boutique 
You must include your contact information, your order number & reasons for return. 

Store Credit

Returns will be processed within 5-7 days when shipment is received. You will be issued store credit for the amount of the item(s) at the time of purchase minus incurred shipping costs and/or restocking fee.
The customer will be sent the total store credit amount available to use to the customers email account that was created at checkout.  Please note that all store credits expire within one year.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item please notify us via email within 3 days of delivered status.  It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all deliveries & email us back in a timely manner. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition in order to be replaced. If the item is no longer in stock than the customer will receive store credit. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors, washing incorrectly and/or cutting garments unfortunately will NOT be replaced nor credited.
